Salon Policies
We require a valid credit card, cell phone number and email address be provided at the time of booking any new appointment.
Payment types accepted:
-Cash
-All major credit/ debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover)
-Contactless payments (Apple Pay, Android Pay, and Samsung Pay)
Sorry, no checks.
Consultations: Certain services (such as hair extensions) require a consultation and deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
Cancelling your appointment on short notice often prevents us from rebooking the time we had reserved for you. This will result in you being charged full or partial price for the service booked.
Cancellation fees are as follows:
Late Cancellation fee: providing less than a 24 hour notice will result in you being charged 50% of the booked appointment price (rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is treated as a cancellation of the existing appointment and new appointment booking)
No Show fee: providing less than a 2 hour notice will result in you being charged 100% of the booked appointment price
Continued cancellations may result in a late cancellation fee or no show fee regardless of how much notice is given.
Rescheduling
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. You must provide at least a 24 hour notice of any change needed to your booked appointment or a fee may be applied. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Late
Life happens, we get it. Sometimes we are late due to circumstances out of our control. Even still, tardiness impacts the other customers who follow you and our stylists. If we start late, it’s likely we end late.
If you are late to your appointment, our ability to perform your service to our standards may not be possible in the remaining time. Upon your arrival, the stylist will assess their ability to complete the requested service in the time remaining. This may result in a partial service or no service at all. Regardless of this decision, you will be charged 100% booked appointment price.
Salon Etiquette: We want everyone to be able to kick back, relax, and enjoy their service. Please be self-aware when using your phone or other devices. Be considerate when taking calls, checking social media or watching videos. Everything sounds better through headphones, especially the kiddo’s videos and games! Your neighbors want to drift into their own world, not yours.
Children must be supervised at all times. The salon is designed as a professional work space. We use high heat generating tools and equipment, chemicals and razor sharp tools to achieve your amazing looks. Kids are naturally curious and can wander off in a blink of an eye. We ask that you are constantly paying attention (watching, listening) to your children and that they remain within your reach at all times.
Volume Salon Quality Guarantee. We guarantee the quality of our color, cut and styling services. If you are not happy with your results, our team will be happy to make adjustments within 1 week of your hair appointment. This is not to be confused with deciding to go shorter after you leave, “changing your mind”, or the realization that a particular look is not as flattering on you as the person in your inspiration pictures. Our staff will make every effort to set expectations of your outcome regarding hair maintenance and the effect on your hair’s health. No refunds.
Returns/ Refunds: Products may be returned (unopened) within 7 days of purchase for exchange only, no refunds. No refunds or returns on Gift Cards or Gift Certificates are allowed.
